Design–Build is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design–builder or design–build contractor. Design–build relies on a single-point-of-responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner, and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. Vision has completed numerous Design-Build projects savings its clients time and money. It is Vision’s preferred method for project delivery.

Vision can provide complete Program Management services for clients who plan to build multiple locations. Vision can handle initial site review, budgets, architectural and engineering design, as well as complete turnkey construction services including installation of the fixture package. Vision operates in the capacity of the client’s in-house development and construction team.

Vision provides Owner Agent services for those clients who want to take an active participation in the design and construction Process. All purchase orders and vendor contracts will be with the Owner. Vision manages the project on behalf of the Owner from start to finish. The Owner pays all invoices directly so they can take advantage of all early pay discounts and negotiated contract savings with subcontractors.

Vision offers site assessment services for clients who are considering buying or renovating a current structure. It includes environmental impact review, roofing condition and management solutions, building envelope condition, mechanical and electrical system conditions, and energy upgrade options. Vision can also do site analysis for clients’ proposed use and long term expansion plans, including feasibility and impact studies.
